Buying or selling a house can be a confusing and difficult experience. This is mainly due the fact that very few of us buy and sell houses on a regular basis. Many people may only buy the one house in their whole lifetime.

The people whom you are most likely to be talking to a lot are the Estate Agent, your Solicitor and an Independant Financial Advisor who will refer you to a lender. Listen to all their advice carefully, but remember, nobodies situation is identical. What might be right for some might not be right for you.
